All vehicles requiring a Road Worthiness test must undergo inspection and testing before renewal of the registration certificate. The Road Worthiness Certificate is issued by the authority upon successful testing.

The renewal process takes approximately 30 minutes, provided all requirements are fulfilled and the vehicle is road worthy.
Fees and Payment Procedure
Fees can be paid at the cash counter or online. Payment must be made after certification by a motor vehicle inspector and online payment access is activated by the inspector in eRALIs.

Nu. 60 for Light Vehicle
Nu. 75 for Medium Vehicle / Bus
Nu. 100 for Heavy vehicle / Bus

Important Notes
Road Worthiness Certificate is not issued if the vehicle is in workshops undergoing repair/maintenance.
Road Worthiness Certificate for heavy and medium vehicles and taxis are renewed bi-annually.
